FIRSTDAY FOUNDATION'S SOUTH TEXAS CENTER (STC) IS AN INNOVATIVE CAMPUS OF NON-PROFITS. THE STC IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE A COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE EFFICIENT AND COORDINATED DELIVERY OF HIGH QUALITY HUMAN SERVICES THAT STRENGTHEN AND PROMOTE GROWTH AND SELF-SUFFICIENCY FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS. OUR TENANTS ARE ABLE TO RENT SPACE AT BELOW MARKET VALUE. THIS AFFORDABILITY ENSURES THAT THE ORGANIZATION'S FUNDS CAN THEREFORE BE PUT TOWARD FULFILLING THEIR MISSION TO SERVE THOSE IN NEED.
