THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THE PROVISION OF HOME BUYER EDUCATION COURSES, HOUSING COUNSELING TO POTENTIAL HOME BUYERS AND HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS. EASTERN EIGHT PROVIDES CONSTRUCTED HOMES, REMODELED HOMES AND RENTAL FACILITIES FOR QUALIFYING INDIVIDUALS.
