CANDORO MARBLE BUILDING: REHABILITATION OF HISTORIC BUILDING TO PRESERVE ITS REGIONAL AND NATIONAL SIGNIFICANCE FOR PUBLIC USE AND BENEFIT.


HIGH GROUND PARK: MAINTENANCE OF HIGH GROUND PARK FOR PUBLIC USE AND BENEFIT. HIGH GROUND PARK PRESERVES THE SITE OF CIVIL WAR FORT HIGLEY AND THE SCENIC VALUE OF A HIGH RIDGE ABOVE THE TENNESSEE RIVER.
