SUPPORTIVE CARE: PROVISION OF INDEPENDENT LIVING SERVICES INCLUDING MEALS ON WHEELS, CONSERVATORSHIP, COMPANION CARE, ELDER CRIME VICTIM ADVOCACY, NEEDS ASSESSMENT, AND ADULT DAY SERVICE PROVIDE SUPPORT TO 966 ADULTS 50 AND OLDER.
