THE LIBRARY MEETS ITS STRATEGIC GOALS OF EDUCATION, INCLUSION, ACCESS, SPACE, CULTURE AND STEWARDSHIP BY OFFERING HIGH QUALITY PROGRAMS, BY PROVIDING WELCOMING FACILITIES, AND BY CURRATING A POPULAR COLLECTION OF MATERIALS.

THE LIBRARY PROVIDES TO THE RESIDENTS OF LEXINGTON-FAYETTE COUNTY LIFELONG LEARNING SUPPORT FOR ALL AGES INCLUDING STORYTIMES FOR BABIES AND TODDLERS, SUMMER READING PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS, ACCESS TO A CULTIVATED COLLECTION OF POPULAR AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL IN A VARIETY OF FORMATS, JOB SEARCH HELP FOR ADULTS, AND BOOK BUDDIES SERVICE FOR NURSING HOME AND HOMEBOUND ADULTS.
