OASIS OF HOPE EMPOWERED NEIGHBORHOOD ADULTS BY PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL, EMPLOYMENT & CAREER DEVELOPMENT SERVICES THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDED SENIOR ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS.
