PART III STATEMENT OF PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTSAS OF NOVEMBER 30, 2012, AFRICA INFECTIOUS DISEASE VILLAGE CLINICS, INC. (THE CHARITY) OFFICIALLY CEASED ITS OPERATIONS.ALL ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES OF THE CHARITY ARE HANDLED AT OUR HEADQUARTERS IN CHICAGO, ILLINOIS. THE CHARITY ALSO CONTINUED TO HAVE A BRANCH OFFICE IN NAIROBI TO HELP OVERSEE AND FACILITATE THE LIQUIDATION OF THE CLINIC'S ASSETS IN AN ORDERLY MANNER. THE CHARITY HAD NO FUNDRAISING ACTIVITY DURING 2014. IN NOVEMBER OF 2012, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CHARITY APPROVED A PLAN OF LIQUIDATION. AS A RESULT, THE CHARITY HAS CHANGED ITS BASIS OF ACCOUNTING FROM THE GOING CONCERN BASIS TO THE LIQUIDATION BASIS OF ACCOUNTING EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 30, 2012.IN 2013, THE CHARITY BEGAN THE PROCESS OF AN ORDERLY LIQUIDATION OF ITS ASSETS.
