IN FY23, THE STRIKE ANYWHERE PERFORMANCE ENSEMBLE (SA) PROVIDED EDUCATIONAL RESIDENCIES TO SCHOOLS, THEATERS AND UNIVERSITIES. THE ENSEMBLE TOURED TO DARTMOUTH COLLEGE AND PROVIDED A SERIES OF IN-PERSON MASTER CLASSES AND DEVISED AN ORIGINAL, CUSTOM-MADE PERFORMANCE ENTITLED HOP ART FOR AND WITH DARTMOUTH STUDENTS WHICH THEY PERFORMED FOR THE SURROUNDING HANOVER COMMUNITY. THE COMPANY ALSO PROVIDED MASTER CLASSES AT LEHIGH UNIVERSITY, NYU, AND CIRCLE IN THE SQUARE CONSERVATORY. STRIKE ANYWHERE ALSO LAUNCHED A NEW PERFORMANCE SERIES TITLED SOUNDPAINTING BRIGADE WHICH PERFORMED AT ICONIC NYC LOCATIONS INCLUDING: THE HIGHLINE, GRAND CENTRAL AND CENTRAL PARK. THE COMPANY PROVIDED PROFESSIONAL TRAINING FOR MULTIDISCIPLINARY ARTISTS IN SOUNDPAINTING, A TECHNIQUE THAT STRIKE ANYWHERE SPECIALIZES IN. THE COMPANY ALSO PROVIDED PRE-PROFESSIONAL TRAINING FOR 2 GRADUATE STUDENTS FROM THE ROYAL CENTRAL SCHOOL OF SPEECH AND DRAMA IN LONDON, ENGLAND. SA ALSO DEVISED AN ORIGINAL SET OF PERFORMANCES FOR THE NORTH AMERICAN CULTURAL LABORATORYS 25TH ANNIVERSARY IN HIGHLAND LAKE, NY.SA PROVIDED A SERIES OF IN-PERSON EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH PROGRAMS TO SEVERAL NYC PUBLIC SCHOOLS INCLUDING: THE INTERNATIONAL HS FOR HEALTH SCIENCES, FORT GREENE PREP ACADEMY, JACQUELINE KENNEDY ONASSIS HS, MANHATTAN INTERNATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, MS 839 AND PERFORMED AN AFTER-SCHOOL RESIDENCY ON A MIDSUMMER NIGHTS DREAM FOR PS 18 STUDENTS ON STATEN ISLAND.
