TO ESTABLISH TRAINIG PROGRAMS AND CONTINUING EDUCATION PROGRAMS FOR CLINICAL RESEARCH PROFESSIONALS INCLUDING A REGULAR SCHDULED ANNUAL CONFERENCE AND COURSES RELATED TO CLINICAL SCIENCE
