TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO STUDENTS ENROLLED IN COMMUNITY COLLEGES THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF KENTUCKY. WHILE IT IS NOT MANDATORY, IT IS PREFERRED THAT THE STUDENT MAJOR IN EDUCATION. A SCHOLARSHIP IS OFFERED TO A STUDENT AT EACH OF THE COMMUNITY COLLEGES. FINANCIAL NEED ASSESSMENTS ARE PERFORMED AT THE COMMUNITY COLLEGE LEVEL.
