ADVOCACY: NAMI PAYS TRAVEL EXPENSES FOR STAFF & VOLUNTEERS TO TRAVEL THE STATE GIVING EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS AND ATTENDING PERTINENT SEMINARS; CONFERENCE AND SEMINAR FEES ARE ALSO PAID FOR OUTREACH & ADVOCACY PURPOSES.
EDUCATION: THE OFFICE PUBLISHES A QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER WHICH IS SENT TO MEMBERS, POLITICIANS, PROFESSIONALS AND CONSUMERS. THE NEWSLETTER DEALS WITH NAMI ACTIVITIES. OUR HELPLINE/INTERNET SITE PROVIDES DIRECT HELP AND INFORMATION.
