THE SERVICES DELIVERED TO THE APPLICANT ARE PERFORMED BY REGISTERED NURSES, REGISTERED PHYSICAL THERAPISTS, MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKERS, HOME HEALTH AIDS, AND HOMEMAKERS.
