MEMBERSHIP SERVICES: PROVIDES THE COMMITTED CONSTITUENCY FOR THE MEMBERSHIP BASE NEEDED BY THE ORGANIZATION TO ACHIEVE ITS MANATEE AND MANATEE HABITAT PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OBJECTIVES.
