THE ANNUAL ZORA NEALE HURSTON FESTIVAL OF THE ARTS AND HUMANITIES - AN ANNUAL CELEBRATION OF THE LIFE AND WORK OF ZORA NEALE HURSTON; THE HISTORIC SIGNIFICANCE OF EATONVILLE, FLORIDA, POPULARLY KNOWN AS THE "OLDEST INCORPORATED MUNICIPALITY IN THE UNITED STATES TO BE FOUNDED BY AFRICAN AMERICANS,- AND CULTURAL CONTRIBUTIONS MADE TO THE UNITED STATES AND THE WORLD BY PEOPLE OF AFRICAN DESCENT.


ZORA NEALE HURSTON NATIONAL MUSEUM FOR THE FINE ARTS - MUSEUM AND EXHIBIT RELATED TO THE HISTORICAL ASPECTS OF EATONVILLE, FLORIDA. IT ALSO SPONSORS VARIOUS EDUCATIONAL TRIPS AND PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO EDUCATE AND PRESERVE THE HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF PEOPLE OF AFRICAN DESCENT.
