PROVIDED EDUCATION PROGRAMS FOR CAREGIVERS INCLUDING TRAINING ON CARING FOR THE ELDERLY AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMS. 3. PROVIDED HEALTHY FOOD AND LIFESTYLE PROGRAMS TO PREVENT MALNUTRITION AND DEHYDRATION IN THE ELDERLY AND KEEP CLIENTS OUT OF HOSPITALS.
