FAMILIES TYPICALLY STAY ONE TO THREE YEARS WITH LOW TURNOVER. THE GOAL IS TO INSTILL PERMANENT CHANGE, NOT A QUICK FIX. THE RATE OF SELF-SUFFICIENCY IS OVER 80 PERCENT.
