TO PROVIDE SHELTER FOR FAMILIES IN NEED AND TO CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT PROVIDING, TIME, SPACE AND SUPPORT SERVICES WHICH ENABLE HOMELESS FAMILIES TO REBUILD THEIR LIVES. FAMILIES TYPICALLY STAY ONE TO THREE YEARS WITH LOW TURNOVER. THE GOAL IS TO INSTILL PERMANENT CHANGE, NOT A QUICK FIX. THE RATE OF SELF-SUFFICIENCY IS OVER 80 PERCENT.
