THE DIOCESE ACTS AS THE SPONSOR. THE RENTAL HOUSING CONSISTS OF FOUR CORPORATE ENTITIES WITH 326 TOTAL UNITS. EACH ENTITY IS SUPPORTED BY VOLUNTEER BOARDS MADE UP OF BUSINESS, PROFESSIONAL, RETIRED AND RELIGIOUS INDIVIDUALS. THE VOLUNTEER BOARD MEMBERS TOTAL 42. THE RENTAL HOUSING IS A PLACE THAT THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED CAN CALL HOME WITH THE AFFORDABILITY OF RENT BASED ON A PERSON'S INCOME.
