BOCA RATON REGIONAL HOSPITAL FOUNDATION (THE FOUNDATION) WAS ESTABLISHED TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE BENEFIT AND SUPPORT OF THE BOCA RATON REGIONAL HOSPITAL (BRRH) AND ITS AFFILIATE COMPANIES IN ITS MISSION TO PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO THE BOCA RATON COMMUNITY. THE FOUNDATION'S PURPOSE IS TO SUPPORT BRRH THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FUNDING FOR VARIOUS PROGRAMS OF THE HOSPITAL AND IN BUILDING COMMUNITY SUPPORT FOR THE HOSPITAL AND ITS AFFILIATES. AS OF JULY 1, 2019, THE FOUNDATION BECAME AN INDEPENDENT, SELF-GOVERNING ORGANIZATION SUPPORTING BOCA RATON REGIONAL HOSPITAL AND THE BRRH AFFILIATES AND THE COMMUNITIES THEY SERVE IN ACCORDANCE WITH FOUNDATION'S PURPOSES.
