BY WAY OF REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETINGS, APPROXIMATELY ELEVEN (11) TIMES PER YEAR, MEMBERS (LIMITED TO 325) JOIN TOGETHER TO LEARN OF THE CURRENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND SUCCESS OF OUR LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGIATE PROGRAMS. OUTSTANDING ATHLETES AND COACHES ARE RECOGNIZED AND HONORED AT EACH SCHEDULED MEETING. NOTED PERSONS AT ALL LEVELS OF FOOTBALL ACTIVITY ARE INVITED AS GUEST SPEAKERS WITH FORMAL PRESENTATIONS GIVEN, FOLLOWED BY QUESTION AND ANSWER PERIODS. SUPPORT OF ALL HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE PROGRAMS IN OUR LOCALE IS PROMOTED ON A REGULAR BASIS. THE CLUB ORGANIZES, PUBLISHES AND DISTRIBUTES AN ANNUAL FOOTBALL MANUAL OF SELECTED ATHLETES (BY THEIR RESPECTIVE COACHES) THAT ARE CONSIDERED TO BE CANDIDATES FOR FOOTBALL SCHOLARSHIPS AT DIVISION II LEVEL PROGRAMS. THIS MANUAL IS INTENDED TO BRING ATTENTION TO ATHLETES IN OUR AREA WHO MIGHT OTHERWISE GO UNRECOGNIZED TOWARDS GAINING ACCEPTANCE INTO A COLLEGE PROGRAM AND HIGHER LEVEL EDUCATION. BY BRINGING TOGETHER MEMBERS OF OUR COMMUNITY WHO SHARE THIS COMMON INTEREST, GOOD SPORTMANSHIP IS PROMOTED WHILE SERVICE AND UNITY IS BEING ACCOMPLISHED.
