THE REFUGE HOUSE PROVIDED SEXUAL VIOLENCE PREVENTION AND SERVICES SUCH AS 24 HOUR CRISIS RESPONSE (104), COUNSELING SERVICES (154), AND HOTLINE SUPPORT (162) TO SURVIVORS OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE, THEIR CHILDREN, AND FAMILIES.
