THE MISSION OF IN THE PINES INC. IS TO PROVIDE SAFE, CLEAN AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR THE LOW INCOME AREA WORKFORCE AND IN ADDITION PROVIDE SOCIAL SERVICE AND SUPPORT PROGRAMS IN ORDER TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF SUCH LOW INCOME AREA WORKFORCE.

IN THE PINES INC. OPERATES TWO COMPLEXES WHICH PROVIDES LOW INCOME HOUSING TO AREA LOW INCOME WORKFORCE IN THE PALM BEACH COUNTY AREA WHO MEET CERTAIN CRITERIA. THE NORTH COMPLEX IS A 20 UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX. THE SOUTH COMPLEX CONSISTS OF 40 MULTIFAMILY UNITS AND A DAYCARE FACILITY. AMENITIES INCLUDE A COMMUNITY ROOM, PLAYGROUND/TOT LOT, BASKETBALL COURT, CAR CARE AREA, LIBRARY/STUDY ROOM AND A COVERED PICNIC AREA.
