HARLEM TENANTS ASSOCIATION PROVIDES HOUSING FOR 126 FAMILIES OF LOW AND MODERATE INCOME. THE ASSOCIATION HELPS ADVANCE AND PROMOTE THE SUSTAINABILITY FOR THE WELFARE OF THE COMMUNITY. THE ORGANIZATION PROMOTES HEALTHY FAMILIES BY PROVIDING A 2-ACRE COMMUNITY GARDEN AND PROVIDES COMMUNITY AWARENESS AND CULTURE AWARENESS BY PROVIDING A COMMUNITY PARK FOR THE COMMUNITY. THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES AN ELECTRONIC DIGITAL SIGN TO KEEP THE COMMUNITY AWARE OF ALL EVENTS. THEY ALSO PROVIDE MENTORING AND APPRENTICESHIP AND THE RESOURCE ROOM IS EQUIPPED FOR TRAINING AND MEETING.
