THE PURPOSE OF THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IS TO DEVELOP, PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE AGRICULTURAL, COMMERCIAL, PROFESSIONAL, CULTURAL AND GENERAL BUSINESS INTERESTS OF THE DELRAY BEACH AREA, TO SUPPORT THOSE ACTIVITIES BELIEVED TO BE BENEFICIAL TO THE COMMUNITY AND AREA AND OPPOSE THOSE THAT MIGHT BE DETRIMENTAL, TO PROMOTE INTEGRITY AND JUST AND EQUITABLE PRINCIPLES IN BUSINESS ACTIVITIES, TO REPRESENT THE BUSINESS INTERESTS OF THE DELRAY BEACH AREA AND TO SPONSOR PROGRAMS THAT WILL FULFILL THESE GOALS.

DELRAY AFFAIR - AN ANNUAL EXPOSITION OF LOCAL BUSINESSES WHICH ENABLES PARTICIPANTS TO PROMOTE THEIR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS.
DO GOOD DELRAY - AN ANNUAL MONTH OF OPPORTUNITIES AIMED AT GROWING BOTH FRIENDS & FUNDS IN A FUN, CREATIVE WAY. NONPROFIT MEMBERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO PAIR UP WITH PROFIT BUSINESSES AND HOLD A FUN-FILLED EVENT AT A LOCAL MEMBER LOCATION. THE GOAL IS TO BRING LIKE-MINDED PEOPLE TOGETHER TO RAISE AWARENESS, ENGAGEMENT AND INCREASED FUNDING FOR THE NONPROFIT'S PHILANTHROPIC EFFORTS ALL RESULTING IN A NEW ALLIANCE. THE CHAMBER PLAYS A PART IN THE PROCESS BY PROMOTING THE EVENTS TO INCREASE PARTICIPATION AND SUCCESS.
