THE ORGANIZATION ORGANIZES AND ADMINISTERS AN ANNUAL NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED COMPETITIVE 10K ROAD RACE AND IS SUPPORTED BY CONTRIBUTIONS, SERVICES AND RACE ENTRY FEES. THE WINNING ENTRANTS ARE AWARDED A PURSE AND ALL PROCEEDS, AFTER EXPENSES, FROM THE ROAD RACE ARE DONATED TO NUMEROUS CHARITIES THROUGHOUT GEORGIA.

THE ORGANIZATION WILL ORGANIZE AND ADMINISTER AN ANNUAL NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED COMPETITIVE 10K ROAD RACE IN COBB COUNTY, GEORGIA. THE ORGANIZATION WILL OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN SANCTIONS FOR THE RACE BY USA TRACK AND FIELD (USATF) AND THE ASSOCIATION OF ROAD RACING ATHLETES (ARRA). THE ORGANIZATION WILL PRODUCE AND DISTRIBUTE INFORMATION DESCRIBING THE RACE, ITS DATE AND LOCATION, THE ENTRY FEES, AND OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION. THE ORGANIZATION WILL AWARD A PURSE TO THE WINNING ENTRANTS. ALL PROCEEDS, AFTER EXPENSES, FROM THE ROAD RACE WILL BENEFIT NUMEROUS CHARITIES THROUGHOUT COBB COUNTY, GEORGIA AND METRO ATLANTA, GEORGIA.
