WE PROVIDE TRANSFORMATIVE IN-HOME EDUCATION AND SUPPORT TO FLOYD COUNTY FAMILIES, EMPOWERING THEM TO CREATE SAFE, STABLE AND NURTURING HOMES SO THEIR CHILDREN CAN GROW AND THRIVE.

PARENT AIDE, HOME BASED INTERVENTION - TRAINED PARENT AIDES WORK IN THE HOMES OF HIGH RISK FAMILIES AND TEACH NURTURING AND NON-ABUSIVE PARENTING THROUGH THE USE OF MODELING, LITERATURE, DVDS, AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS. PARENT AIDES ALSO ASSIST PARENTS IN ADDRESSING ADDITIONAL SITUATIONS AND FACTORS WHICH PLACE CHILDREN AT RISK OF ABUSE AND NEGLECT. THIS PROGRAM IS TAILORED FOR THE SPECIFIC NEEDS OF THE CLIENTS.
