WE OPERATE A USED BOOK STORE COMPLETELY STAFFED BY VOLUNTEERS THAT SELLS BOOKS FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS TO THE COMMUNITY FOR $2 AND $1. FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023, WE GAVE THE BRUNSWICK-GLYNN COUNTY LIBRARY $55,150 FOR PURCHASING BOOKS, AUDIO BOOKS, AND OTHER MATERIALS AS WELL AS PROVIDING MONEY FOR THE SUMMER READING PROGRAM AND OTHER LIBRARY PROGRAMS FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN. WE ALSO PROVIDED $714 TO PAY FOR BOOKS FOR STUDENTS IN GRADE 3 IN SPECIFICALLY DESIGNATED SCHOOLS AS PART OF THE READING IS FUNDAMENT (RIF).
