SEEKING TO PUT GOD'S LOVE INTO ACTION, HABITAT FOR HUMANITY BRINGS PEOPLE TOGETHER TO BUILD HOMES, COMMUNITIES AND HOPE.

IN PARTNERSHIP WITH LOCAL BUSINESSES, VOLUNTEERS AND LOW INCOME FAMILIES, FOUR AFFORDABLE NEW HOMES WERE CONSTRUCTED AND SOLD TO HOMEOWNERS IN GWINNETT COUNTY FOR THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2021. THESE HOMES WERE BUILT TO HELP PROVIDE SELF- SUFFICIENCY FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES. OUR "A BRUSH WITH KINDNESS" PROGRAM PRESERVES AND REPAIRS EXISTING HOMES FOR SENIOR CITIZENS, DISABLED & VETERANS. DURING THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2021, FIFTY-THREE ABWK AND NEIGHBORHOOD PROJECTS WERE COMPLETED AND NINE COMMUNITY OUTREACH EVENTS WERE OFFERED. IN 2021 THE ORGANIZATION MERGED WITH THE WALTON COUNTY AFFILIATE AND NOW IS OFFERING PROGRAM SERVICES TO WALTON COUNTY IN ADDITION TO GWINNETT COUNTY.
RESTORE IS A RETAIL OPERATION THAT ACCEPTS DONATIONS OF BUILDING MATERIALS, PROMOTES RECYCLING AND REUSE, AND GENERATES A STREAM OF INCOME WHICH WILL BE USED FOR THE MINISTRY. THIS OPERATION WAS TRANSFERRED TO HABITAT INTERNATIONAL IN JULY 2012. IN 2021 THE ORGANIZATION PURCHASED THE RESTORE FROM HABITAT FOR HUMANITY INTERNATIONAL AND TOOK BACK FULL OPERATIONS JULY 1ST. NOW 100% OF NET REVENUES STAY WITH OUR ORGANIZATION AND ARE USED TO ACHIEVE OUR MISSION.
