ORGANIZATION MOVED ON AN OPPORTUNITY TO HELP LOCAL NON-PROFIT THAT IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING ECONOMIC SUPPORT TO SMALL AREA FARMERS THROUGH ESTABLISHING A COMMON SELLER OF THEIR PRODUCE TO CUSTOMERS WHO NORMALLY BUY IN MUCH LARGER QUANTITIES THAN SMALL FAMILY FARMERS CAN PROVIDE. THE WINTERSTAR SAW AN OPPORTUNITY TO ACQUIRE A SUITABLE BUILDING FOR THEIR WAREHOUSE AS WELL AS ADDITIONAL SPACE THAT COULD HOUSE OTHER ECONOMIC AND LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ENTITIES. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO LEASES PART OF THE BUILDING TO A LOCAL MANUFACTURER TO ENABLE THEM TO EXPAND THEIR WORK FORCE, PROVIDING GOOD PAYING JOBS WITH BENEFITS TO THE AREA.
