A PROJECT WHERE THE FOUNDATION HIRES INDEPENDENT ATTORNEYS TO ATTEND THE TEMPORARY PROTECTIVE ORDER (TPO) TRIAL CALENDARS AND REPRESENT PETITIONERS WHO ARE INCOME ELIGABLE AND WHOSE RESPONDENTS ARE REPRESENTED BY COUNSEL. THE PURPOSE IS TO CONTINUE EX PARTE TPO ORDERS.
A PROJECT WHERE THE FOUNDATION RECRUITS INDEPENDENT ATTORNEYS TO ADVISE ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS ON PROBATE ISSUES.
