ART PROGRAMS:INVOLVING THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTSPACE PROGRAM AND ENCOURAGING PARTICIPATION IN CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT THROUGH CLASSES OF INSTRUCTION, INCLUDING HOLDING RECEPTIONS AND DISPLAYING WORKS OF THE RESIDENTS AS WELL AS OUTSIDE ARTISTS IN ORDER TO INCREASE AWARENESS OF ARTSPACE.
