THE CARPET CAPITAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS IS DEDICATED TO THE PROTECTION AND THE PRESERVATION OF THE FREE ENTERPRISE SYSTEM AND THE RIGHT OF THE INDIVIDUAL TO OWN REAL PROPERTY AS GUARANTEED BY THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. TO THAT END, WE OFFER THE BENEFIT OF OUR KNOWLEDGE OF REAL ESTATE, OUR EXPERIENCE, AND OUR TECHNICAL RESOURCES TO THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL AND THE GOVERNMENT WHICH SERVES THEM. WE ENDORSE THE CODE OF ETHICS OF THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS AND OBSERVE THE PRINCIPLE OF THE GOLDEN RULE IN THE CONDUCT OF OUR BUSINESS. IT IS OUR PURPOSE NOT ONLY TO ASSIST OUR MEMBERS IN MAXIMIZING THEIR PROFITABILITY AND IN BEING RECOGNIZED AS THE BEST REAL ETATE PRACTITIONERS WITH THE HIGHEST STANDARDS BUT ALSO TO BE RESPONSIBLE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY THAT WE SERVE.
