USDA NRCS ELIGIBILITY - TO INCREASE NRCS OUTREACH TO HISTORICALLY UNDERSERVED FARMERS AND RANCHERS. THIS INCLUDES ENSURING UNDERSERVED FARMERS AND LANDOWNERS TO HAVE ACCESS TO AND UNDERSTAND THE CONSERVATION BENEFITS DERIVED FROM PARTICIPATION IN NRCS' CONSERVATION PROGRAMS AND SERVICES.
