THIS ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED TO FOSTER THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY IN AUGUSTA AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS.ON AUGUST 1, 2018, THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS APPOINTED EDGAR'S HOSPITALITY GROUP TO MANAGE THE OPERATING OF THE CLUB. ALL OPERATIONAL ASPECTS ARE COMPLETED BY EHG, WHICH IS A PART OF HELMS, LLC, A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY WHOSE SOLE MEMBER IS GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF MIDDLE GEORGIA, INC. THE PINNACLE CLUB SERVES AS AN APPLIED LEARNING VENUE FOR HELMS, LLC'S CULINARY PROGRAMS.
