THIS FUND POOLS CONGREGATIONAL RESOURCES TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT. THE ORGANIZATION IS AN ASSOCIATION OF PARISHES AND ORGANIZATIONS IN THE PROTESTANT EPSICOPAL CHURCH IN DIOCESE OF GEORGIA. ITS MISSION IS TO PROVIDE A MANAGEMENT-INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP FOR LONG-TERM AND PERMANENT FUNDS FOR LOCAL CHURCHES, INSTITUTIONS, AND MINISTRIES OF THE DIOCESE; TO ENCOURAGE AND RECEIVE PLANNED GIFTS IN SUPPORT OF SUCH CHURCHES, INSTITUTIONS AND MINISTRIES; TO ASSIST DONORS IN PLACING THEIR GIFTS; AND TO DISTRIBUTE FUNDS TO SUCH CHURCHES, INSTITUTIONS AND MINISTRIES TO ENABLE THEM TO THRIVE AND GROW.

THIS AMOUNT REPRESENTS PAYMENTS OF INCOME EARNED ON VARIOUS FUNDS FOR THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE CHURCHES THAT ARE PART OF THE DIOCESE. SEE SCHEDULE I FOR A LIST OF DISBURSEMENTS. IN SOME CASES, THE PAYMENTS REPRESENT A RETURN OF PRINCIPAL TO THE INDIVIDUAL CHURCH. OTHER DISBURSEMENTS REPRESENT VARIOUS PAYMENTS FROM FUND BALANCES IN SUPPORT OF THE MISSION OF THE FUND.
