MONITORING OF EASEMENT-PROTECTED PROPERTIES: ANNUAL ONSITE INSPECTION OF EACH PROPERTY PROTECTED WITH THE ORGANIZATION'S PRESERVATION EASEMENT TO MONITOR COMPLIANCE BY THE PROPERTY OWNER WITH THE EASEMENT TERMS. PHOTOGRAPHS AND FIELD REPORTS DOCUMENTING THE PROPERTY CONDITION ENTERED INTO ORGANIZATION DATA BASE AND COMPARED WITH BASELINE AND PRIOR YEAR DOCUMENTATION. NOTATION OF ANY ALTERATIONS MADE AND ANY ACTIONS RECOMMENDED OR REQUIRED TO BE TAKEN BY OWNER. HUNDREDS OF HISTORIC PROPERTIES BENEFITED.


ENFORCEMENT OF EASEMENT COMPLIANCE: REGULAR CONTACT WITH EASEMENT PROTECTED PROPERTIES OWNERS TO REINFORCE OWNER OBLIGATIONS AND ORGANIZATION RIGHTS UNDER THE EASEMENT.
