THE MISSION OF GATEWAY HOUSE, INC. IS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR PERSONS WHO ARE LIVING WITH A MAJOR MENTAL ILLNESS SUCH AS SCHIZOPHRENIA, SCHIZOAFFECTIVE DISORDER, BIPOLAR DISORDER OR MAJOR DEPRESSION.

DAY SERVICES FOR PERSONS WHO SUFFER FROM SERIOUS AND PERSISTANT MENTAL ILLNESS WHIHC INCLUDES PRE-VOCATIONAL TRAINING.


PARTIAL AND UNSUPERVISED HOUSING FOR PERSONS WHO SUFFER FROM SERIOUS AND PERSISTANT MENTAL ILLNESS. PROGRAM INCLUDES COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES AND ASSISTANE WITH DAILY LIVING ACTIVITIES.


COLLEAGUE TRAINING PROGRAM FOR STAFF AND MEMBERS OF OTHER PROGRAMS SERVICING PERSONS WHO SUFFER FROM SERIOUS AND PERSISTANT MENTAL ILLNESS. THE COLLEAGUE TRAINING PROGRAM PROVIDES ON-SITE TRAINING FOR COLLEAGUES INTERESTED IN DEVELOPING A CLUBHOUSE MODEL REHABILITATION PROGRAM AND ADHERES TO THE STANDARDS FOR CLUBHOUSE PROGRAMS AS OUTLINED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CENTER FOR CLUBHOUSE DEVELOPMENT.
