THE "NEW BEGINNINGS COMMUNITY" INITIATIVE IS DESIGNED TO BE A SELF-MANAGED COMMUNITY OF LOW-COST BRIDGE HOUSING COMMUNITY FOR PEOPLE IN NEED OF SHELTER.
