TUTORED 255 KINDERGARTEN, FIRST, AND SECOND GRADE STRUGGLING READERS TWICE WEEKLY, OCTOBER - MAY IN THE SCHOOLS AND JUNE - JULY VIA ZOOM, PROVIDING A TOTAL OF 12,235 TUTORING SESSIONS. IMPLEMENTING A PROVEN, RESEARCH-BASED PROGRAM THAT ALIGNS WITH LOCAL SCHOOLS' CURRICULA, ATC'S PAID EDUCATORS WROTE LESSON PLANS CUSTOMIZED WEEKLY TO ADDRESS EACH CHILD'S LEARNING DEFICITS WHICH WERE USED BY 314 VOLUNTEER TUTORS DURING SESSIONS.
