THE FOUNDATION IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO HONORING THE LIVES OF OUR FALLEN HEROES. THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO THE FAMILIES OF CHICAGO POLICE OFFICERS WHO WERE KILLED OR CATASTROPHICALLY INJURED IN THE LINE OF DUTY.
