THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO SUPPORT AND DEVELOP AMATEUR ATHLETES FOR PARTICIPATION IN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION. SERVICES AND FACILITIES ARE PROVIDED TO COMPETITIVE ATHLETES FREE OF CHARGE. RECREATIONAL ATHLETES WILL BE CHARGED A FEE FOR PARTICIPATING IN CAMPS. ALL FEES ARE USED TO SUPPORT THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION.
