IT ALSO INCLUDED TECHNICAL SESSIONS RELATED TO TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEERING, FINANCING, PLANNING, OPERATIONS AND DESIGN. THE CONFERENCE WAS HOSTED BY ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND ROTATES AMONG SASHTO'S 14 MEMBER STATE DEPARTMENTS OF TRANSPORTATION.
