STATEWIDE MEETINGS ARE NORMALLY HELD ON THE THIRD THURSDAY OF THE MONTH. THE VENUE IS USUALLY A FACILITY OR SITE OF PARTICULAR INTEREST TO THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY, AND THE SPEAKER/PROGRAM SHOULD ALSO BE RELEVENT TO THE CPN MEMBERS
