DURING THE PRIOR YEAR, THE ROTARY CAROUSEL, LLC (A DISREGARDED ENTITY OWNED BY THE FOUNDATION) COMPLETED THE CONSTRUCTION OF A CAROUSEL AND TRANSFERRED THE OWNERSHIP AS A CHARITABLE DONATION TO THE NATURAL SCIENCE CENTER OF GREENSBORO, A SEC 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION, AND THE CITY OF GREENSBORO. DURING THE YEAR ENDED 06/30/2021, THE ROTARY CAROUSEL, LLC TRANSFERRED SOME REMAINING ITEMS RELATED TO THE CAROUSEL TO THE NATURAL SCIENCE CENTER OF GREENSBORO (SEE SCHEDULE I, PART II.
