REDEEMER SCHOOL IS A COMMUNITY OF LIKE-MINDED FAMILIES COMMITTED TO NURTURING STUDENTS IN THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS CHRIST AND ENGAGING THEM IN THE LIFE-LONG PURSUIT OF WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE AS THEY DISCOVER, EMBRACE AND INTEGRATE GOD'S TRUTH IN ALL OF LIFE.

TK-8TH GRADE PROGRAM: REDEEMER SCHOOL PROVIDES A TK-8TH GRADE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM FOR UP TO APPROXIMATELY 236 STUDENTS WITH SMALL CLASS SIZES, HALF DAY CLASSES IN THE EARLY GRADES (K-2), LITERATURE BASED CURRICULUM, WHOLE CHILD LEARNING, A FOCUS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF GOOD LEARNING HABITS, DISCIPLINE BASED ON SHEPHERDING THE HEART, UNIQUE CHARLOTTE MASON TEACHING AND ASSESSMENT METHODS, A COMMITTMENT TO PARTNERING WITH PARENTS, A FOCUS ON BUILDING SERVANT LEADERSHIP AND BIBLICAL AND INTEGRATED APPROACH TO FAITH AND LEARNING.


READ AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM: THE REDEEMER EXPLORATION AND DISCOVERY(READ) PROGRAM IS AVAILABLE FOR ALL TK-3RD GRADE REDEEMER SCHOOL STUDENTS AFTER NOON DISMISSAL. TEACHERS ARE TRAINED IN THE SCHOOL'S PHILOSOPHY & WILL FOLLOW A CURRICULUM DEVELOPED BY THE SCHOOL THAT DOES NOT OVERLAP WITH THE CURRENT SCHOOL-DAY CURRICULUM. THE SCHEDULE INCLUDES TIME FOR LUNCH, OUTDOOR PLAY, WORK ON HAND CRAFTS, READ ALOUD TIME AND INDEPENDENT WORK AND PLAY TIME FOR STUDENTS. THERE ARE NORMALLY UP TO TWO CLASSES EACH DAY.


ROOTS LEARNING RESOURCE PROGRAM: THE ROOTS LEARNING RESOURCE PROGRAM AT REDEEMER PROVIDES 1) RESOURCES FOR PARENTS, STUDENTS, AND TEACHERS WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF THE RICH CLASSROOM CURRICULUM, 2) OUTSIDE TUTORS AND SPECIALISTS COORDINATED WITH THE SCHOOL SCHEDULE, 3) OVERSIGHT OF THE SCREENING AND INTERVENTION PROCESS, 4) TESTING AND CLASSROOM ACCOMMODATIONS THAT MEET YOUR CHILD'S SPECIFIC NEEDS, AND 5) SUBJECT AREA AND READING TUTORING. ROOTS FOLLOWS THE RESPONSE TO INTERVENTION FORMAT AND OVERSEES A LEARNING RESOURCE SERVICE PLAN FOR ROUGHLY 2% OF CURRENT STUDENTS.
