ABUNDANT LIVING ADULT DAY SERVICES, INC (ALADS) ENABLES FRAIL OLDER ADULTS AND ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES TO REMAIN AT HOME AND IN THE COMMUNITY THROUGH THE USE OF SUPPORTIVE SERVICES. PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE HEALTHCARE DURING THE DAY, WHILE CAREGIVERS ARE AT WORK OR AT REST. PROGRAM ATTENDANCE ENRICHES THE LIVES OF OLDER ADULTS BY PREVENTING THE SOCIAL ISOLATION THAT SOMETIMES RESULTS FROM AGE, INFIRMITY OR GEOGRAPHY. PARTICIPATION ALLEVIATES LONELINESS AND ISOLATION WHILE PROMOTING HEALTH, WELLNESS, AND GOOD NUTRITION.
