TO ASSIST THEM IN OBTAINING ASSISTANCE FROM ANY AGENCY THAT HAS PROGRAMS TO ASSIST SAID PERSON IN THEIR SPECIFIC CATEGORY. ALSO, TO FURNISH THEM WITH FOOD, CLOTHING, HOUSING AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AS PROGRAM RESOURCES WILL ALLOW.
