THE NORTH CAROLINA GOVERNMENT FINANCE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION (NCGFOA) IS A PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE PROFESSIONALS IN THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA. THE PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO EDUCATE ITS MEMBERS AND TO FURTHER THE FIELD OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE IN OUR STATE. THE ASSOCIATION PRIMARILY ACCOMPLISHES ITS GOAL BY ORGANIZING AND HOSTING EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCES EACH YEAR.
