MAINTAIN THE NC KIDS DIGITAL LIBRARY WHICH PROVIDES A SUBSCRIPTION TO A DIGITAL E-BOOK COLLECTION FOCUSED ON PRE-KINDERGARTEN TO 4TH GRADE READERS.
PROVIDE ACCESS TO RESEARCH DATABASES THROUGH PUBLIC LIBRARIES INCLUDING THE ANCESTRY GENEALOGICAL DATABASE, THE FOLD3 DATABASE AND THE AFRICAN AMERICAN HERITAGE DATABASE.
SERVE AS ADVOCATES FOR STATE LIBRARIES WITH THE STATE LEGISLATURE.
