APARTMENT COMMUNITIES TO BE RECOGNIZED AS QUALITY HOUSING CHOICES AND VALUABLE RESOURCES THROUGHOUT THE TRIAD.

GENERAL MEETINGS AND DINNERS WHICH INVOLVE AN AVERAGE OF 200 MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE (MET VIRTUALLY FOR PORTION OF THE CURRENT YEAR) TO MEET AND EXCHANGE IDEAS WITH EACH OTHER ABOUT THE APARTMENT INDUSTRY AND COMMUNITY AND FOSTER RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN ITS CONSTITUENTS.
