BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS SERVICES, INC.'S PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE CHILDREN FACING ADVERSITY WITH STRONG AND ENDURING, PROFESSIONALLY SUPPORTED ONE-TO-ONE RELATIONSHIPS THAT CHANGE THEIR LIVES FOR THE BETTER, FOREVER.IT IS THE VISION OF BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS SERVICES, INC. THAT ALL CHILDREN ACHIEVE SUCCESS IN LIFE. THE ORGANIZATION PARTNERS WITH PARENTS/GUARDIANS, VOLUNTEERS, AND OTHERS IN THE COMMUNITY AND HOLDS THEMSELVES ACCOUNTABLE FOR EACH CHILD IN THEIR PROGRAM BY ACHIEVING (1) HIGH ASPIRATIONS, GREATER CONFIDENCE, AND BETTER RELATIONSHIPS, (2) AVOIDANCE OF RISKY BEHAVIORS, AND (3) EDUCATIONAL SUCCESS.
